What is the current scenario in the field in which the innovation appears?

Current scenario was very worse not only in INDIA but also all over the world. Reports of World Health Organization (WHO), Reports of UNICEF, many countries research reports, Research analysis of data collection from field, National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) INDIA reports indicate more than two laces human die/due to many diseases by reuse of infected diseased syringes.

I have found only one place “PRESIDENT HOUSE” in my struggle life of research (7 years) that all request forward to responsible departments with properly and timely after action/instruction of “PRESIDENT OF INDIA”. The place was not only forward my every request to further action but also send acknowledgement copy / online status report without any commitment & request.

I found (according to my personal experience) the place is far from corruption, politics with personal and official selfish after a very – very long time period of Independent and start rule of Indian constitution. It is live example because my requests has forward 4 times in working period of two “PRESIDENTS”

Mostly time I have used online “write me” option of “PRESIDENT OF INDIA” website http://www.presidentofindia.nic.in. I am also thankful to President’s Secretariat for better service. Last time; I have received response in one working day. This type response to one common man is very-very difficult in current scenario. Every time, I have felt in my life that I sent really request to “FIRST PERSON OF COUNTRY”.
